Journal Jump 4

Reflect on what you are grateful for and thankful for in your life.  Who and what cultivates a state of gratitude in you?  What do you appreciate in your life?  Write about or make a list of all of the parts of your life that you are thankful for.  Include everything that comes to mind (even the things that seem so small and the big things too), such as waking up each day, breathing, sleeping well, a cute dog, a traffic-free commute, the smell of fresh flowers or an email from a close friend.  Don’t censor- include everything that you appreciate and brings you joy!
