More about me…
My belief is that I cannot help my clients unless I continue to do my own personal work, have a healthy support system and make time for my own growing, learning, reflection and self-care on a daily basis. Art, dance, Zumba, running, reading, journaling, mindfulness, quality time with family and friends, and healthy eating enrich my life and keep me energized and balanced.
