Five Reasons to Avoid Sex with an Ex (If it is true love and happiness you are looking for…)

On the path to love, it is natural to go through periods of loneliness, anxiety and insecurity.  During these times, it is especially common to crave comfort, attention and connection.  These emotions are part of the process of dating, break-ups and single-hood and where these emotions lead you is what really matters in your health and happiness.

I’ve heard my clients contemplate having sex with an ex during these times, which is one of the reasons why I am excited to share my article on five reasons to avoid sex with an ex, written for DatingAdvice.com, a leading online resource for dating and relationships, offering guidance by dating experts, how-to articles, reviews of the best dating sites and more.

I hope you enjoy! As always, please do not hesitate to contact me with questions and comments!

Take care,
