Gratitude Groove On #3

Write about or make a list of the opportunities, experiences, and gifts (including those that are tangible and intangible) that you have in your life.  Reflect on your feelings of gratitude.  Which opportunities and experiences are you thankful for? Make a list of at least fifteen things that you are gratitude for.

Remember that many times our problems are actually opportunities…What would it be like to reframe some of your past and present problems into opportunities for growth or change? Are you able to include any of your problems on your gratitude list?
