Make a list of people who have guided, inspired or helped you throughout your life. Think about your entire life (including your childhood) and reflect on the people who offered you support, guidance, empathy, inspiration, knowledge, etc. Include doctors, teachers, neighbors, religious or community leaders, friends and role models who you are grateful for. Think about the support you receive and the people in your past and present life who root for you. Make sure to include anyone who has impacted your life and helped make a difference for you.
