Gratitude Groove On #9

Find time to smile.  Make a list of things that make you smile. Include everything that comes to mind, such as a fresh cup of coffee, a delicious meal, a sunny day, a pet, a funny youtube video, an email from a friend, etc.  Include reasons to smile during all aspects of your life, including time at home, at work, with friends, during a commute, etc.

Use your list to remember that there is always something to smile about and that we can find happiness in a moment.
