What is inner peace?  It is can be described as the state of being emotionally, mentally and spiritually at peace that keeps us grounded during stress and conflict.  It is peace of mind and homeostasis that protects us from overwhelming stress.  Finding peace within helps us manage challenges with strength and clarity.  It helps us stay true to ourselves and creates happiness from within.  Reflect on how you can find inner peace and serenity. What will it look like and feel like?  How will you cultivate it?  Think about resources and practices such as mindfulness, yoga, journaling, workshops, etc that may help you achieve inner peace.  What will this calm state of being protect you from and help you manage on your life journey? How will you achieve it and keep it?
