If Only… Thinking

Many times the tangible things that we want represent our emotional needs. When we resort to “if only…” thinking, we are unable to reflect on the true origins of our unhappiness and forget that true happiness comes from within. By shifting our attention on ourselves and away from external things, we are able to look within and decipher the root causes of our current problems and create long-term happiness for ourselves.
