More about me…

I am happily married and live in Montgomery County, Maryland with my husband, daughter, and adorable pup.

My belief is that I cannot help my clients unless I continue to do my own personal work, have a healthy support system and make time for growing, learning, reflection, and self-care on a daily basis. Being a mother and spending quality time with my family and friends, as well as art, Zumba, running, reading, gratitude practices, and healthy eating, enrich my life and keep me energized, happy and balanced.
