Many people in relationships are reporting a decrease in sex drive or frequency of sex due to the stress of COVID-19. Since stress plays a major role in sexuality, including sex drive and desire, it makes sense that some couples are struggling with sex during the pandemic. After hearing many clients share their concerns with me, I decided to write an article on how to have a healthy sex life during COVID-19.
