If dating no longer feels fun, exciting and hopeful, you might be in a dating rut. Dating ruts commonly emerge when you stay in your comfort zone by going for the same types of men or women or struggle to click on dates and when meeting new potential partners. A rut may lead you to question if there is anyone out there for you or wonder why you are in a cycle of bad dates. You might be left in a state of stagnation, feeling overwhelmed, worried, angry or bored.
Whether you feel like you have dated “everyone” online or in your community, are feeling doomed or alone or are losing hope that you will enjoy great love, getting out of your dating rut is absolutely possible with a fresh perspective, a new plan and a healthy and happy dose of self-confidence.
