Many single individuals date because they are “supposed to.” They may date to find a partner or spouse, but fail to think about this important point…
Dating is not about finding any partner or someone who will do. Dating is about finding the RIGHT partner and the best strategy to do so is to BE IN THE MOMENT. While being present, you can listen, observe, be, enjoy and truly assess if you and your date are a good match with long-term potential.
Although it is wonderful to want to plan ahead, especially if your new relationship is going well, it is important to be mindful of what the dating process means for you. Applying a mindful perspective to your dating and relationship life makes the journey more fun while supporting you in finding a great partner.
